Marine Exchange of Puget Sound is the designated Fiduciary Agent
for PSGP FY09, FY10, and FY11 in the Puget Sound COTP Zone.
PSGP FY09: FY09 is closed for applications. Most FY09 funds have been committed. Some projects are still being evaluated, but are expected to utilize the remaining funding.
PSGP FY10: FY10 is closed for applications and all funds have been committed.
PSGP FY11: FY11 is closed for applications. Applications are being evaluated and are expected to utilize all funding.
PSGP FY12: Current FY12 appropriations bill proposal includes an PSGP FY12 program, with funding reduced from that in earlier years.

Fiduciary Agent (FA) Role
FA is the actual award recipient.
FA facilitates submission of PSGP applications, otherwise known as Investment Justifications (IJs), by stakeholders in the Puget Sound region.
FA distributes the award to subrecipients according to Puget Sound Area Maritime Security Committee guidance and Captain of the Port decisions, and in compliance with all applicable Federal law, policy, and regulations.
FA operates under MOUs with subrecipients.
FA does programmatic and financial monitoring.
FA serves as liaison between FEMA and subrecipients.
