IJ Preparation Instructions - Read the first page of these instructions. Then refer to the relevant instruction sections as you fill in the IJ template. IJs that are not prepared as directed in these instructions will be returned for correction.
FY09 Puget Sound IJ Template - Use this template, filling in areas shown in the template in red. (Change color to black after each area is filled in.)
ISS IJ Information Requested - The local review committee has requested some specific information about various types of requests. After you have completed the IJ, look at this list to ensure you have provided all the information necessary. Failure to include this information may cause the review committee to reject your application.
Budget Preparation Instructions - Please read these instructions before filling out the budget template. If you plan to request a cost share waiver or claim an in-kind match, contact the FA before you begin to prepare the budget. A cost-share waiver or in-kind match must be approved before the IJ/budget will be submitted for evaluation.
Puget Sound Budget Template - This template is a spreadsheet containing worksheets for Fiscal Years FY09 through FY11. Check the tab at the bottom of the sheet to ensure you are using the correct FY09 version, with or without a match.
