The Marine Exchange handles medical, mechanical and environmental crisis notification. The Exchange is the official communications clearinghouse for the Washington State Maritime Cooperative, an emergency oil spill response organization serving Puget Sound and Grays Harbor.

Members have access to comprehensive data reflecting deep-draft oceangoing vessel movements. Compiled data offers insights into growth trends and also assists companies with market analysis and long-range planning.

Additional services include administering many of the Northwest’s maritime trade and operating associations including the Puget Sound Steamship Operators Association, the Washington State Maritime Cooperative, the Propeller Club, The Puget Sound Marine Committee and the North Pacific Radio Council.
